Abstract
Eczema vaccinatum is a serious complication of smallpox vaccination and which accounts for the largest number of childhood deaths.
We have experienced a case of eczema vaccinatum in 11-month-old female infant who had been suffered from infantile eczema since 3 months of age.
Unfortunately VIG and Marboran were not available and was treated with large dose of human gammaglobulin by Green-Cross. The patient discharged to home in good general condition on the 12th hospital days.
A brief review of literature was made.
